1. Provider and scope These terms govern the use of the products and services published by [Company Name] under the [Your Brand] brand. The purchase contract itself is concluded with Polar as Merchant of Record; Polar's terms additionally apply to payment, tax, invoicing and refunds.

2. Licence and rights in the code Like every TYPO3 extension, the source code is licensed under the GNU General Public License v2 or later. The tier purchased (Single Site, Agency, Enterprise) governs access to the packages, the number of production domains covered, the update period and the support scope. Resale of access and white-label distribution are not permitted unless expressly agreed.

3. Prices and taxes All prices are in euro. Statutory tax is calculated and stated at checkout by Polar. The provider does not issue separate invoices.

4. Delivery and updates Delivery is digital via Composer credentials immediately after successful payment. Updates are provided for the period stated in the tier purchased, including compatibility updates for new TYPO3 LTS releases.

5. Support Support requests go to [email@yourdomain.com]. Response time depends on the tier purchased and is usually [response time] working days. Support covers installation, configuration and defects in the delivered packages, not adaptation to individual project requirements.

6. Warranty and liability Packages must be tested in a staging environment before production use. The provider is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence; for ordinary negligence only for breach of material contractual obligations and limited to foreseeable damage. Liability for lost profit or data loss is excluded as far as legally permitted.

7. Governing law The laws of [Country] apply. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which a consumer customer is habitually resident remain unaffected. Place of jurisdiction, where permissible, is [jurisdiction].
