Voluntary 14-day refund We refund within 14 days of purchase provided the theme or extension has not gone live on a production domain. Send the order number to [email@yourdomain.com].

Right of withdrawal for EU consumers Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content. It expires early where the consumer expressly agrees at checkout that delivery starts immediately and acknowledges that this ends the right of withdrawal. Polar collects that consent at checkout.

Consequences Where a refund is granted, Polar returns the payment via the original payment method. Access to the packages and to further updates ends with the refund.
